ACCOMMODATION

Brightway provides the following things in each accommodation and facilities:

• Each accommodation has elements of shared housing with each person having his or her own bedroom.

• We ensured that the living accommodation is fully equipped to meet the requirements of Young People, including on-site laundry facilities, kitchen, and communal living area with television.

• All living areas, communal areas and bedrooms are inspected on a regular basis to ensure accommodation rules are being adhered.

• For our semi-independent accommodation, we provide 24 hours staffing.

• We ensured all accommodation meets with health and safety standards and recommendations, including the installation of main smoke alarms, carbon monoxide monitor, fire regulated furnishings and safety locks.

• The property contains pictured emergency evacuation procedures and details of emergency contact numbers.

• All gas supply and gas appliances have been inspected and certified.

• All valid Health and Safety certificates are in place in each property.
